Anyone who might find this course beneficial to their wellbeing can attend.
We all need to express ourselves and this course explores ways in which we can express who we are whilst promoting our own wellbeing.
This is a five week course that includes story telling, tai chi, communication through drumming and music, finding your way
through life’s labyrinth, balance, feng shui and the art of placement, 6 part story, sculpture, masks for beginnings and endings, crafts, creativity and fun.
