Welfare Reform Action Group Draft Manifesto

Dear Colleagues, Please find attached North East together’s first draft manifesto from the Welfare Reform Action Group. We hope to use the manifesto to put the key issues for people with lived experience of mental health conditions in the North East on the agenda for local politicians and the main political parties prior to next year’s General Election.

As you can see the manifesto is in draft form and we hope to extend this into a larger more in depth document to be used in conjunction with the one page condensed version. We are therefore circulating the draft manifesto with a feedback form and would ask that if you have any feedback to please fill in the form. Comments, suggestions and feedback provided will then go on to influence the extended content.

If you would like to take part please return the attached feedback form to me by Friday 16th January 2015. If you have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Best wishes
