Next steps and next meeting for Canny City

Our next large(ish) meeting for Canny City will take place at 1pm, on Wednesday the 2nd of November, on the top floor at Broadacre House. Before then though do avail yourselves of similar/aligned/tied-in opportunities:
A Plan for a Healthy City: Mental Health Improvement, 6th October 9.30am-12.30pm. Newcastle City Council is working on developing a plan for a healthy city and naturally thought it’d all link in and so it’ll be at, guess where,on the top floor at Broadacre House.
For more info and to book your place, click here.
And those who’ve heard at previous Canny City meetings about our friends, allies and colleagues who are behind The Kindness Project, might like to know that their next bigger meeting is on Tuesday 18th of October, 1pm, at…top floor, Broadacre…
Now, please find attached a tweaked/updated version of the Canny City charter. Oh, plus we need ideas for logo/brand, so do please send them in: it could be photos, drawings, colours, words, objects, whatever that to you somehow conveys canny, and we’ll collate them like a mood board and get working.

Cheers,
Alisdair

Coming soon…

Radio silence is broken to let you all know that the emerging MH collaborative, including ourselves and the Recovery College and bits of Chilli Studios and Tyneside Mind and Tyneside Women’s Health and Moving Forward Service and oodles and doodles more lovely, lovely MH-related folk has got a name:

ReCoCo

standing for Recovery College Collective

and in due course there’ll be a dedicated website, with timetables, prospectus, pictures all sorts of good things.

So, we’ve not been idle (well, not all of the time), just beavering away.
